Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above is needed.
- 5+ years of related working experience in leading, managing automation experience design, with 3+ years of team management experience.
- Expertise in project design, data analysis, communication skills, driving for results and managing changes.
- Good understanding of large language models, AI-driven chatbot optimization.
- Strengths in problem shooting, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
- Flexibility in cross time zones and regions' cooperation.
- Background in e-commerce and service will be a plus.
