    Role & Responsibility:

    1. Social Strategy
    • Develop and execute social media strategies, content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across TikTok Shop own platforms including but not limited to: ideating, planning, and owning content, as well as strategising, create and curate high-quality, relevant content tailored to B2B audiences. To build an integrated approach in developing various content marketing formats across channels; Manage and be the social advocate for TikTok Shop's 2B social platforms
    • Strategise and coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, optimize campaigns and monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities
    • Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals. Understanding of paid social ads is an added advantage
    1. Brand Stewardship + Marketing
      -Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Develop and implement Brand Marketing strategies across different amplification channels to drive and build brand credibility and awareness.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling and on-brand content across multiple platforms, from digital realms to traditional print, establishing a cohesive brand voice that resonates with the 2B market.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity in all communication materials
    • Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders adhere to brand standards.
    • Attention to detail: have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and free of errors
    • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop impactful campaign assets
      -Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement
    • Have knowledge with budget management and forecasting
    1. Monitoring and Analysis
    • Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, optimize campaigns and monitor social media channels for engagement opportunitie
    • Analyze, research and understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
    • Monitor brand performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
    1. Collaboration
    • Forge strong partnerships with the seller teams, creator team, sales teams, and other departments, aligning brand strategies with overarching business objectives to drive collective success.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as seller, merchant, and creator management team to identify marketing needs of each campaign and develop effective and creative marketing plans accordingly;
    • Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers, leveraging their expertise and networks to amplify our brand reach and influence.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Proficiency in media planning & digital marketing
    • Proven experience in creating compelling and on-brand content across various media platforms

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing
    • Bachelor degree in Business Management or Marketing Communication
