    Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    1. Strategic Alignment and Operations:
    • Drive seamless integration and synergy between enterprise and TikTokShop businesses.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and collaboration, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
    1. Go-To-Market strategy & implementation:
    • Collaborate with country heads to execute effective TikTokShop-related initiatives across SEA markets.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive market penetration and growth, utilizing effective marketing tactics and sales enablement strategies.
    1. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Conduct in-depth business analysis of TikTokShop performance at regional, market, and cluster levels.
    • Leverage data insights to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making, supporting operational excellence and growth.
    1. Initiatives and Execution:
    • Drive end-to-end initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring cross-functional buy-in and successful implementation.
    • Streamline processes and create efficient workflows to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
    • Develop compelling narratives such as playbooks, product one-pagers and other sales materials to effectively communicate value and benefits.
    1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster strong relationships with the TikTokShop team across SEA to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Build a cohesive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence.
    1. Special Projects:
    • Undertake special projects to drive future business growth and innovation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall goals.
    1. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of individuals.
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to foster professional growth and development.
    • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve exceptional results and exceed expectations.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
    • Professional working experience preferably in Advertising or Internet e-commerce industry
    • 3-5 years in a people management funciton
    • Preferred work experience in Project Management, Consulting, Strategy, Advertising solutions, Marketing
    • Excellent Project planning and Management skills: Ability to lead, support and run projects across the region by piloting new ideas, crafting roadmap and collaboratively deliver to achieve short and long term objectives
    • Senior stakeholder management: Ability to work, communicate and socialize complex ideas with senior business leaders
    • Cross-functional collaborations: Work with both external and internal cross departments like sales, category account managers, campaign teams, and marketing teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strategic and Analytic mindset: Ability to understand and digest data analysis & output, to interpret and translate into strategic insights and implementable initiatives
    • Clear logic, methodology, and independently craft business narratives with effective presentation, articulation skills
    • Growth mindset, always day 1 mentality and resilience to collaboratively achieve breakthroughs with team
