f the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for talents to drive the cost & revenue management for EU logistics, determine the tool and design the strategy to ensure the business's competitiveness and the strategy is aligned with a high-level target.
- Design and optimize pricing strategy for logistics service.
- Lead the pricing framework & discount management for global fulfilment and logistics services, to set metrics for pricing effectiveness and achieve target profitability and transaction growth for E-commerce businesses.
- Work with user growth, category operation, merchants management, product, finance and Logistics and supply solutions to devise strategic pricing initiatives and drive profitability improvement.
- Bachelor degree or above, proven work experience in e-commerce logistics; Cross-regional and cross-culture work experience is preferred. Experience in revenue management, strategic operation, and logistics solution expert is a plus.
- Have a good understanding of e-commerce business, supply chain, domestic logistics, and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking ability, and project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders across the region.
- Strong business sense in logistics operations can think outside the box and can take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.
