    Position summary

    m's mission is to empower agencies and creators to help entertain and inspire TikTok users at any point in their shopping journey. To achieve this, the CAP team actively recruits, incubates and manages CAP agencies, who help achieve this vision by offering scale (1:many), resourcing, and expertise that helps creators monetize their unique skills and passions through commerce, while inspiring the next generation of TikTok Shop customers and helping brands expand their reach.
    As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for partnering closely with retail teams, account managers and agency partners to build, execute and optimize partner campaigns. If you are interested in the creator economy at the intersection of engagement and discovery, come join our team today!

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with account managers to identify strategic opportunities to accelerate merchant growth through agency-led campaigns.
    • Work with key creator agencies, talent management agencies with strong focus on e-commerce and support day-to-day campaign execution and analysis
    • Analyze trends and analytics, noting areas of improvement and growth, and being an advocate across teams for identified areas of improvement
    • You will also own growing our internal and external communication, maintaining and creating new mechanisms to share learnings to help our agency partners

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:
    -3+ years of experience developing and executing campaign strategies for influencer marketing agencies, talent/creator management agencies, or similar agencies
    -Experience running programs at scale (Affiliate or Influencer programs are ideal)
    -Strong knowledge and experience of social e-commerce and the creator economy
    -Experience with the digital content landscape, e.g. live, merchant operations, short videos, creators, e-commerce, and especially talent management agency/influencer marketing agency, a must
    -Good team player, fast learner, open to changes

    Preferred Qualifications:
    -Experience developing playbooks and educational material to share best practices with internal teams

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143555 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
