    Position summary

    ilities:

    • Affiliate Operation Support:
    • Collaborate with the team to design and execute projects and materials that nurture and develop E-commerce creators.
    • Support preparing and designing materials, call-to-action content and banners as brief.
    • Involve in planning and execution of Massive creator policy, effectively leveraging TikTok Shop channels and tools.
    • Assist in identifying relevant brands and products for creators to promote.
    • Set up voucher/visibility/traffic tools to deliver project results.
    • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Support basic data collection. Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to optimize creator assortment growth strategies.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Participate in ad-hoc research to provide creator insights with actionable suggestions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies and drive results.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Actively enrolled University student, able to work full time for at least 3 months
    • Clear communication skills with proficiency in English and Malay is a must as you will be working with Malay speaking creators
    • Hard working, strong at time management. Keep organized with multiple tasks
    • Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding of the E-Commerce and Social Media industry is a plus (Campaign, TikTok and Assortment)
    • Strong writing skills and familiar creative tools (AI & PS)
