Position summary
scale growth via supply structure optimization.
- Execute creator research & ecosystem studies to drive affiliate product optimization to improve creator experience
- Collaborate with governance teams to define high-potential creator protection strategy and work on creator education materials
- Drive cross-category collaboration with key industries (Beauty/Fashion/H&L/FMCG)
- Delivery Creator growth path and content supply quality and efficiency analysis
- Support in quarterly budget planning, creator management SOP defining, and KPI decomposition
- Deliver periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) including growth diagnostics for overall TTS creator.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creator growth / affiliate marketing strategy area.
- E-commerce platform operation background and familiar with product and creators matchmaking.
- Strong strategy planning and data analysis ability is required.
- Good knowledge of affiliate marketing products and Tiktok shop eco-system.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
