TikTok Shop Feature Project Manager Graduate Program, London, 2025

The product team is responsible for product experience and product-driven business growth in the European region (including the UK and newly opened countries in Europe). By leveraging experience insights, product iteration, and product operations to provide solutions that best meet European market needs, starting from the demands of regional sellers, creators, and buyers, and to drive business breakthroughs and growth through product.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product vision, strategy, development and execution for TikTok seller and merchandise product as a feature PM.
• Deep understanding of UK & EU sellers' behaviour and needs, and market trends and dynamics. Able to identify key requests and pain-points for relevant products to iterate.
• Participate in the design, development, testing, and monitoring throughout the entire product development lifecycle;
  -Provide clear product documentation, mock-ups (e.g. BRD, MRD and PRD) and lead the project management of feature implementation and iteration
• Drive cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to ensure high-quality product delivery by working with business, engineering, algorithm, design, data science and other functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree or above, graduating in 2025
• Available to start in May 2025 and have the right to work in the UK
• Strong product-oriented quantitative and statistical analysis skills, able to discover, improve, and perfect product requirements through data-driven methods
• Excellent logical thinking ability, communication skills, and being self-driven
• Concise communications, particularly practiced in a cross-functional and global role, great collaborative skills while results-oriented

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to deal with rapid changes and navigate through ambiguity
• Have a global vision and enthusiasm and continuous attention to global product designing.
• Relevant internship experience (PM, engineering, data science, etc.)
