About The team
This performance and planning team is the team who are on the same roof as the WH operations, but we are on the backside (HQ office). We don't do day-to-day operations on the ground, but we support them. Working in this team is fun but sometimes it can also be a challenging during the peak season (especially Sept-Dec). This position will contribute highly to data analytics, as operations teams need to have a dedicated data analyst to be able for faster analytical and problem solving the issue on ground.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform query creation and data analysis.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including warehouse SLA (Service Level Agreement) and cost metrics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business operations and resolve on-ground issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering/business analytics/statistical/any related
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel

Preferred Qualification:
• Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for working with data daily.
• Experience in operations, with knowledge of warehouse processes being a plus.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work over weekends when required (occasionally, not regularly).
• Residency in or near Bekasi is an advantage.
