Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding and activation of high-potential sellers on TikTok Shop's Live platform.
- Execute targeted outreach strategies to drive adoption of live-streaming among merchants.
- Monitor seller performance and provide recommendations to improve livestream content and results.
- Collaborate with category, creator, and product teams to support seller growth initiatives.
- Assist in tracking key performance metrics and preparing reports on seller and campaign impact.
- Stay informed on live commerce trends and share insights to optimise growth strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in e-commerce or digital platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with sellers via email, webinars, and calls.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); able to interpret performance data and surface actionable insights.
