    About the Team
    The Merchant Acquisition and Incubation team overlooks new sellers' acquisition and onboarding journey.
    This role will drive scalable small seller growth within a specific industry and accelerate high potential sellers incubation.

    In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of designing effective programs, empowering our merchants to grow and scale to new heights. Your responsibilities extend to crafting a robust engagement plan, ensuring successful program completion whilst delivering a strong ROI.

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately identify high potential merchants and drive accelerated incubation
    • Ownership of increasing the number of both sellers with sales and mature merchants in TikTok Shop, formulating the seller's life cycle incubation strategy and supporting them to succeed in the 0-1 period.
    • Identify opportunities to improve the business for mass sellers through scalable solutions and managing the roll-out of these solutions, such as video/LIVE challenges, life cycle email campaigns, etc.
    • Conduct deep dives to understand seller segments and the root causes of issues that affect sellers' business performance via data analysis, interviewing and the surveying of merchants to inform inputs into product development and process improvement.
    • Ownership for channel management and seller communication via lark group, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct mass account management activities including forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, incubation program etc.
    • Accumulate and share learnings to drive best practice with internal and external teams.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or above
    • 3+ years experience in mass account management or mass seller incubation
    • Experience managing several hundred clients

    Preferred qualification:

    • Strong knowledge of the UK e-commerce landscape or consumer demands or digital evolution and mobile transformation or similar.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environments with external customer interaction
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
