    Position summary

    ance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our continued growth and expansion.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for establishing and maintaining risk discovery mechanisms in global e-commerce, especially improving machine learning to improve precision and efficiency.
    • Collect risk discovery requirements from regions and align across regions, help define risks, develop labelling SOPs and work with the labelling team to retrieve sufficient data for model training.
    • Based on business needs, closely collaborate with Product, Algo, and Data teams to initiate and implement plans for policy/label/mechanism iteration and process improvement.
    • Monitor key metrics to ensure data stability, and provide analysis to help businesses better understand risk levels and trends.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of work experience in policy operations or model labeling; Candidates who have work experience in e-commerce and/or governance & experience are preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
    • Has rigorous logical reasoning and structured thinking skills, can independently initiate and deliver plans with quality; Have good data analytical skills.
    • Has quick learning capability, proactive and self-driven attitude, a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirits.
