    TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.

    We are seeking creative and strategic, hands on and result oriented Merchandise Strategy and Operation Manager who will be responsible for merchandise strategy development and execution of campaigns, as well as work with our amazing merhcants/sellers/brands to increase awareness and engagement of their products to our shoppers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Merchandise Strategy: Responsible for merchandise strategy and tactics development.
    • Expand Merchandise Research Insight: Provide comprehensive merchandise research insights to business teams, including market seasonal trends and other relevant data.
    • Proactive Utilisation of Data Resources: Proactively leverage data resources to optimise both strategy and tactics, with a focus on subsidy strategy.
    • Collaboration with Business Teams: Strengthening collaboration with all business teams.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Excel in logical and data-driven thinking, possess strong data analysis and business implementation skills
    • Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven experience in content ecommerce or shelf-based ecommerce field.
    • Excel in logical and data-driven thinking, possess strong data analysis and business implementation skills, and utilize data to identify patterns, discover opportunities, and provide problem-solving solutions for colleagues and business objectives.
    • Demonstrate exceptional time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a positive attitude and motivation for delivering impressive, quality output.
    • Proficient in both English is a must for creating and executing English-language strategic documents and efficient communication with colleagues.
    • Adapt to a fast-evolving marketplace and handle a range of uncertainties and diverse business environments.
