    Responsibilities

    • Support the recruitment and onboarding of key merchants by reaching out via email and phone using provided leads, assisting Account Managers in communicating TikTok Shop onboarding requirements, tracking onboarding progress, and helping resolve workflow bottlenecks.
    • Follow up on key merchant Governance & Experience (GNE) matters by collecting and clarifying merchant issues, coordinating with GNE teams and Account Managers to identify root causes, define solutions, and support merchants in preparing appeal materials and corrective action reports.
    • Assist in key merchant strategic initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Merchant, Product, Marketing, and Content to gather and consolidate project requirements. Support Account Managers on complex initiatives and independently execute routine operational tasks, such as priority SKU submissions and merchant reporting in line with platform policies.
    • Identify, summarize, and consolidate recurring process, product, and data issues observed during onboarding, GNE case handling, and project execution, and partner with relevant teams to drive continuous operational improvements.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 1+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, internet platforms, retail operations, project coordination, or governance/compliance-related roles.
    • Bachelor's degree or above.
    • Strong operational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience using internal systems and SQL-based integrated data tools (no coding required).
    • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across operations, product, and business teams.
    • Highly organized, execution-focused, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting large-scale onboarding, governance, or merchant operations in a marketplace or platform environment.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, compliance processes, or operational risk management.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and drive operational improvements.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)

    The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $45- $45.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
