In this role you will be responsible in providing Rule & Governance Strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the service provider's business model and service value creation, based on the service provider's entire life cycle, sort out the overall business flow and value creation process, and formulate the overall process framework blueprint;
- Guided by the continuous improvement of business efficiency and merchant service experience, work with various business parties to identify key projects at different stages, develop platform service provider management rules based on business development and market changes, and continuously optimize the overall business process.
- Lead the business team to implement compliance management methods, including service provider entry, assessment, and clearance, to support the healthy development of the business
- In-depth business scenarios, proactively diagnose and discover problems, and lead control rules for different types of service providers
- Collaborate with various business parties and internal teams to achieve online service for the overall business
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, more than 3 years of To B operation experience
- Experience in building a negative governance system, formulating rules, and organizing business process structures is preferred. Experience in B-end e-commerce service provider projects is preferred.
