Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross functional teams across countries to optimize business process and deliver business growth
• Combining business analytics, data mining, and data visualization, to help organizations to make more data-driven decisions
• Provide business, insight and trend analysis to improve business performance
• Capable to produce regular reporting and monitoring dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc data needs
• Support project managers, product, and category teams to work on different initiatives, and make decisions based on number

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong problem solving skill with good attention to detail
• Experienced in managing projects in different scales
• Good analytics foundation skill including excel (a must) and SQL (optional)
• Intellectual curiosity and adept at learning new concepts and skills
• Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in commercial operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding and having experience in e-commerce or live broadcast field is a plus
