    Position summary

    is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and continuously improve upon the process for identifying, analyzing, responding to and solving problems and escalations related to eCommerce content.
    • Lead, manage and develop a team of policy risk specialists, helping to maximize team potential and lead industry standards.
    • Lead and continuously improve upon the framework for crisis management processes and collaborate with stakeholders to propose long-term solutions, including but not limited to defining SLAs, handover processes and post-mortem analyses.
    • Dive into the business to develop a great understanding of user behaviors, develop guidance for users, strategize long-term risk mitigation plans for violative or risky content, and collaborate with stakeholders to measure success.
    • Maintain and continuously improve upon various processes and programs. Align on a balance that will support eCommerce growth while ensuring minimal creator abuse.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to build mechanisms that will help creators understand eCommerce policies.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from various partners, collaborate to optimize and refine ongoing operations.
    • Stay informed of industry and competitor analysis around incident management to keep up with best-in-class practices.

    Qualifications

    Who We're Looking For

    • 2 years of hands-on and in-depth experience in e-commerce governance and implementation, program management, online operations and escalation environment, and/or social media operations.
    • At least two years of experience managing teams
    • Experience managing projects and coordinating with different cross-functional regional partners.
    • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving.
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully with ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $152000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
