    Position summary

    seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Onboarding & Expansion Manager to join the Collections By TikTok (CBT) logistics team. This role involves engaging with external merchant fulfillment partners and internal account managers, building learning content for onboarding purposes, creating a known brand to drive adoption, supporting strategic planning for existing and new markets, partnering with internal stakeholders to plan future launch and expansion, working closely with logistics operations to improve penetration.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for UK & Pan EU expansion and onboarding of CBT, focusing on the future development of the program, working cross functionally to design better platforms to onboard or transition key accounts.
    • identify pain points with onboarding, write documentation for optimal solutions and design improved processes to gain better performance, build educational content for external partners and manage key relationships to unlock growth.
    • Represent the program to external merchants, work with them through account manager teams to develop relationships and share the benefits to improve accountability and speed of the logistics network.
    • Solutions include but are not limited to communication system features, merchant portals, educational content including videos and branding, geography assessments and jurisdictional heatmaps for growth.
    • Coordinate with internal strategic operations and procurement, external partners such as contractors and carriers, considering new marketplace expansion, identifying key geography, driving the expansion roadmap and milestones, creating solutions to launch with high quality against deadlines.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, solid years of working experience in UK/EU e-commerce logistics launch & expansion, onboarding or education industries, familiar with transportation and logistics operations.
    • E-commerce thinking, customer-oriented, spirit of exploration, strong sense of responsibility, strong data analysis skill and project management skill, and rich experience in cross-functional communication and coordination.
    • Able to write comprehensive documentation, having prepared business cases with recommendations for significant changes is a must - (Case Review/Light BRD might be requested on interview).
    • Experience in project management, has led large detailed projects with multiple stakeholder involvement and delivered conclusive results with clear metric improvements.

    Desired Candidate:

    • Thinking big from day 1: has proven experience and a good track record working at a high growth start up or scale up department, can work with scrappy short-term solutions while building a long-term product.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as account managers, product solution managers, and procurement and strategy operations teams to to set clear project priorities and milestones.
    • Driving metrics: Proven skillset to build and develop key metrics, track record of achieving metrics and have developed and deployed expansion plans leveraging data to make key decisions and measure success.
    • Reports out and manages upwards; does not just drive the existing process, but determines what is missing to achieve results and advocates for change by focusing on merchants and working backwards.
    • Strong communicator: listens attentively to feedback from customers, is passionate about representing the business with external parties and leans into difficult conversations to understand challenges.
