    Position summary

    are a team of 60 TikTok Shop frontliners who primarily handle various aspects of the Seller journey. This includes merchant Acquisition, Incubation, Education, Engagement, and also TikTok Shop Partners & Vendors (TSP) management. We work closely with Sellers and Merchants to help them onboard smoothly and improve their performance, then graduate to higher tiers within TTS. Our team also handles external speaking, training and engagement events, and works with the Government and other related corporations on all related partnerships, in order to build solid grassroot foundations for the local community, and maintain a healthy revenue inflow for our MY operations.     In this role you will work alongside our MED Lead in ensuring that the team's overall goals and vision of special tasks are being carried out with the right parties and within the required timeframe. You will deep dive into data and provide fundamental analysis from multiple perspectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with Lead in a coordination role, to ensure that the overall goals and vision of the special task is being carried out with the right parties, within the required timeframe
    • Able to clearly understand the larger picture of the team, including the different components within, and understand the complexities required in order to achieve the broader vision for TTS MY
    • Able to dive into data (at an intermediate level) and provide fundamental analysis from multiple perspectives and time periods (long term / short term etc) in order to drive decisions or create strategy roadmaps with "higher chances of success"
    • Able to become an "interim lead" for different components of the team if necessary, such as when additional help is required or when short of team mates
    • Able to see through a project from start to end, including the preparation and also the post-mortem phases
