    About the team
    Welcome to our TSP team! Our TikTok Shop Partners Team manages a collection of third-party external service providers, who enable new and existing sellers to take their businesses to the next level. Services such as Talent Management, Studio Setup, Livestreaming and Short Video filming among many others. Besides that, we also work closely with enforcement teams to ensure that fraudulent or scammer 3rd Party ""partners"" are reported and protected from our sellers.

    This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of the TikTok Shop (TTS) ecosystem by developing and managing the TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) and fostering strong partnerships with these agencies that support sellers' success on TTS.

    Responsibilities
    Platform & Strategy:
    Develop and manage the TSP platform, including onboarding processes, operational guidelines, and support systems.
    Formulate and implement short-term and long-term strategies for TSP development and engagement.
    Analyze market trends and identify potential monetization opportunities for TSPs.
    Partnership Management:
    Foster strong partnerships with SG agencies working with TSPs.
    Provide ongoing support and training to TSPs to improve their performance and achieve business goals.
    Evaluate TSP effectiveness based on established KPIs and implement improvement plans.
    TSP Growth & Support:
    Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract high-quality TSPs onto the platform.
    Design and implement supporting policies to incentivize and empower TSPs.
    Coordinate internal and external resources to secure tools and expertise for TSP growth.
    Evaluation & Optimization:
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the TSP program, including GMV, quantity and quality of content produced, GPM efficiency, and service quality.
    Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
    Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to continuously improve the TSP ecosystem.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • 4-7 years of experience in the entertainment industry, including experience with entertainment livestream or Internet celebrity MCN, guild operation, have a macro vision, and have insight into KOL/influencer/MCN trends
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade; Strong at negotiation and partner development
    • Independent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with agencies and partners.
    • Deep understanding of online marketing trends and influencer marketing strategies.
