- Bachelor's degree or above, 2-3 years of work experience, experience in business analysis, CRM analysis and data analysis in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and story-lining, proficient in SQL, R or Python; familiarity with BI tools (like Tableau or PowerBI) is a plus.
- Fast learner and self-starter, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
- Result-oriented, strong ownership mentality and desire to work closely with business teams and deliver business results.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively convey complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
