We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together. We aim to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the category operation foundation for the TikTok eCommerce business in US. The job scope will mainly be building a strong team according to category operation logic, introducing high potential brands/merchants to TikTok e-commerce platform, and driving their growth with other teams & external partners in TikTok business. Responsibilities: • Design the overall home & living category growth strategy for the business - to define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches. • Build and develop a strong team according to the home & living category growth priorities and business rationale. • Acquire and incubate home & living brand principals, distributors and merchants to support category growth. • Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently. • Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams. •10+ years experience in e-commerce business; a mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred. • 5+ years experiences in home & living categories. • 5+ years experiences as people manager, to manage a significant team size. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes. • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving. • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred. • Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred.
