We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together. We aim to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the creator partnership foundation for the TikTok eCommerce business in US. The job scope will mainly be building a strong team according to creator partnership logic, to enable creators to produce high-quality and expressive content, connect products and users, and ultimately create their own business value. Responsibilities: • Design the overall creator partnership strategy for TikTok Shopping - to define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches, for multiple tiers of creators, including top creator & celebrity, key creators, and growth/long tail creators • Build and develop a strong team according to growth priorities and business rationale. • Onboard and incubate creators, agencies, and MCNs with strong focus on E-commerce. • Discover innovative business models for creators by improving their collaborations with brands / retailers for video as well as live shopping content. • Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams. • 10+ years experience of creator partnership management; a mixed experience in both social media platform side and creator agency side is highly preferred. • 8+ years experiences of people management, to manage a significant team size. • Strong knowledge and experiences about Live Streaming is preferred. • Strong connections with creators and agencies is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes. • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving. • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
