The Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the experience of users on our platform. Due to the growth of the training team in Dublin and an increase of Training requirements, we are now seeking a Training Manager, based in Dublin, who will join our growing team that is focused on ensuring the safety of our platform. What will I be doing? - Lead and evaluate the EMEA Training teams - Coordinate and prioritize Training requests - Coach and update the Training team on developments - Ensure a smooth communication with all stakeholders - Develop, facilitate and supervise individual training programs - Design and implement appropriate learning strategies - Use learning and development to support business goals - Support the QA Managers and Leads with insights from the Trainings - Report to the Head of TnQ EMEA What should I bring with me? - Diploma or Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years experience as a Trainer in total - Leadership Skills: experience in team interactions and facilitation - Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skills - Good Excel / Spreadsheet Knowledge - Proven track record of working with cross-functional partners, across different countries - Detail oriented with the ability to create and maintain reports, procedures, proposals and presentations - Outstanding natural communicator, exceptional verbal, written and communication skills in English. - Exemplary interpersonal skills and passion to learn. - Analytical and fact-based decision maker Equal Opportunities TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
