Monetization Integrity (MI) Team As a part of monetization department, MI should be specifically designed to best serve monetization needs. MI is synonymous with content safety as severe leakage could be fatal to our apps, but it's different from content safety in that: overkill in content safety lead to damage to user experience (hard to measure), whereas overkill in monetization means instant loss of profit. This means for us, controlling overkill is as important as controlling leakage. ⁣MI is positioned to be one of the engines to drive growth. Responsibilities: 1. Get certified into and deliver a training curriculum that is engaging and allows trainees the maximum opportunity to participate as a "playing coach" of the training team; 2. Act as a point of contact with the business in all training needs and matters when necessary and channel back the information to the function management team and training program managers; 3. Manage team's day-to-day activities, including but not limited to scheduling, utilisation, certifications, quality of training delivery assessments to ensure that policies and processes are being applied accurately and consistently across in-house and vendor teams; 4. Collaborate to define and drive quality standards and execute strategies to consistently maximize impact and efficiency 5. Identify and provide frequent business and operational quantitative insights to develop, optimize and standardize the quality management models and processes across geographies 6. Contribute to the instruction and presentation of training courses and assess how effectively different methods and materials are at encouraging interaction and participation 7. Cooperate with the broader training and quality team worldwide, assist in the implementation of different regional and global projects, collect local feedbacks, and consult the respective functions in the improvement and optimisation of policies, processes and system functions. 8. Manage the overall performance and operational aspects of the training & quality team 9. Work with cross-functional partners across Product, Policy, Engineering, Strategy, Operations and Sales to identify, formulate and implement scaled solutions Qualifications: 1.We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require company sponsorship of a visa. 2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred; 3. 3+ years work experience doing Training and Quality 4. 2+ years of people management experience 5. Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, multiple languages will be a plus; 6. Strong communication skills moderate or developing presentation/facilitation skills; 7. Deep understanding of quality control lifecycle management; 8. Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric; 9. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines on deliverable.
