Position summary
rd relevant notes and decisions in line with policies and SOP's.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes.
- The ability to work with issues that include suicide content, child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, and adult content.
- Investigate and resolve urgent, imminent reports of threats, including verifying the threat's existence and conducting deep-dive investigations into platform and user data.
- Drive and participate in key projects across Trust and Safety.
- This role requires you to work full weekend coverage and public holidays due to the team's global markets coverage.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 yrs experience in Trust Safety, Law Enforcement/Government agencies.
- Experience with handling and viewing distressing content.
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
- Experience of assessing risk and the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
- Proven experience managing and navigating data while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and data law compliance.
- Strong, demonstrated background in meticulous record-keeping during fast-paced, high-stakes investigations.
- Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams and working independently with sound judgement.
