Position summary
rd relevant notes and decisions in line with policies and SOP's.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes.
The ability to work with issues that include suicide content, child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, and adult content.
Investigate and resolve urgent, imminent reports of threats, including verifying the threat's existence and conducting deep-dive investigations into platform and user data.
Drive and participate in key projects across Trust and Safety.
This role requires you to work full weekend coverage and public holidays due to the team's global markets coverage.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1-2 yrs experience in Trust Safety, Law Enforcement/Government agencies.
Experience with handling and viewing distressing content.
Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
Experience of assessing risk and the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
Proven experience managing and navigating data while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and data law compliance.
Strong, demonstrated background in meticulous record-keeping during fast-paced, high-stakes investigations.
Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams and working independently with sound judgement.
