    Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below:
    Monday, May 12
    Monday, May 19
    Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)
    Monday, June 9
    Monday, June 23
    We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

    Responsibilities:
    This internship provides MBA candidates the opportunity to:
    -Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
    -Utilize data and performance metrics to assess process effectiveness.
    -Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
    -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency gains.
    -Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
    -Use statistical tools to make data-driven decisions.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:
    -Interest in e-commerce business; Internship experience in e-commerce or having a solid understanding of the social media industry landscape is a plus
    -Preferable to have 2+ years of experience working in IPR enforcement, or within e-commerce trust and safety space
    -Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change
    -Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills and judgment capability
    -Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward
    -Drive to speed matters in business, take calculated risks, and focus on key inputs to achieve ambitious goals
    -Previous experience with e-commerce beneficial to a quick ramp up to the ecosystem

    Preferred Qualifications
    -Currently pursuing an MBA
    -Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024
    -Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)

    The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $38- $38.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
