Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Art/Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UI and visual design for digital products.
• Proven ability to balance product thinking with a high standard of visual craft.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product-oriented visual design, system-level improvements, and impactful user experiences.
• Solid understanding of design systems and the ability to build and scale them across platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in A/B testing and data-driven design.
• Knowledge of front-end programming.
• Enthusiastic about TikTok and its community.
• Experienced in collaborating with various organizational stakeholders.
• Open-minded, self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and patient.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $202667 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
