Position summary

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team plays a critical role by helping to ensure that TikTok is a safe platform for users to express themselves and enjoy the content. Our Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global wellbeing programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and business partners. Responsibilities As the Global Wellbeing Operations Lead, you will help to improve our programming framework by providing exceptional insights by considering a balanced combination of cultural competencies, employees' unique work tasks, and operational needs. You will also identify risks to project execution and delivery cross-functionally and prioritize issues for corrective action to ensure program consistency globally. What will I be doing? - Oversee adherence of Wellbeing program on an international scale, governed by a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework. - Work in close partnership with the Wellbeing and Operations leadership teams by directing and participating in process improvement projects for T&S employees. - Produce programming recommendations that are region-specific and align with the Global Wellbeing framework and Operational needs that are customized to cultural and business needs. - Provide guidance and assistance to the Wellbeing Site Managers and report findings related to barriers/inconsistencies and regional support needed by department leaders. - Partner with Operations to manage high-level relationships with Wellbeing leads from third-party vendors related to psychological health and safety services - Review metrics and wellbeing outcomes by use of evaluation and monitoring systems, and develop site reports outlining results What should I bring with me? Required: - Bachelor’s degree or higher - At least 15 years of work experience with the last 5 years in corporate wellness, health and wellbeing space, employee engagement, or operations profession with expertise in program management and adherence - At least 5 to 10 years of proven team managerial experience with expertise in managing global teams in program management and adherence - Proven experience in working as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing - Strong relationship building skills with proven experience in working with cross functional stakeholders and the ability to work with senior stakeholders globally - Prior experience cultivating relationships and partnerships with vendor partners - Strong knowledge of program and intervention evaluation methodology - Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills dedicated to achieving operational excellence. - Willingness to travel (approximately 30% post-COVID) Preferred: - Experience in leading the development and evaluation of behavior change interventions in applied settings Trust & Safety is committed to the wellbeing of all our employees.
