Position summary

TikTok is looking for an experienced Wellness Coordinator to join the US Trust and Safety team. This role is responsible for creating and delivering wellness programs for TikTok content moderators across the globe. (This is an overnight opportunity.) Responsibilities: -Communication will be key in this role. In order for any campaign, event, or program to be successful we must communicate those objectives to the team. -Track attendance, participation, or performance data related to wellness events. -Prepare or implement budgets and strategic, operational, purchasing, or maintenance plans. -Meet regularly with vendors including audits of services. -Proactive and timely response to wellness needs that arise. -Leverage External stakeholders and resources to support the team, especially during difficult times/ events. - A Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Promotion or related field and a minimum of three years working in a wellness-related field. Examples include health promotion, fitness, or a health professional (i.e. nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy). - Knowledge of a broad range of wellness and fitness topics and a commitment to wellness and the promotion of life learning. - Keep professionally current in health, wellness, and fitness research. - Ability to establish relationships with administrators and employees to promote participation in sponsored programs, and to motivate them to set and reach health goals. - Ability to display professionalism when dealing with employees and outside vendors. - Ability to conduct benchmark analysis, and environment and culture assessments to aid in program development. - Ability to integrate wellness/fitness program initiatives into culture and organizational. - Ability to work overnight.
