About the team This team focuses on enhancing overall office operations/services, events, team community initiatives and programmes. They look to enhance the overall work-life of individuals, which optimize our business results and internal office experience. Responsibilities - Develop the workplace service product vision and roadmap by identifying new opportunities with workplace and cross function business teams to develop, prioritise, and agree the implementation roadmap. - Conduct high level discovery and idea collection with stakeholder, solution architects, design and technical teams. Use the output from the discoveries plus other commercial / business case information to decide which ideas to progress and plan into the Roadmap. - Manage multiple projects, teams and stakeholders to implement solutions to workplace service gaps through product and technology enhancements. - Manage delivery of new product features and collaborate with teams to develop best-in-class user journeys & designs. - Understand and drive KPI performance. Take ownership of relevant KPIs ensuring all developments are aligned to drive performance with clear metrics and targets. Develop a roadmap and backlog in conjunction with the Product Owner to address under-performing metrics. - Engage business owners, subject matter experts and stakeholders. Liaise with key stakeholders in development and business areas, building strong working relations. Produce regular updates on development progress, KPI performance, and comms for governance meetings. - Develop and apply customer insights. Understand user segments and behaviors. Apply insights to inform then propose plans and development around KPIs and user experience. Qualifications - BA/MA or higher (and/or equivalent experience) in a related field. - Strong grasp of internal infrastructure/workplace ecosystem architecture preferred. Expert level knowledge of system integration. Familiar with integration patterns, best practices, prevalent integration products and technology stacks. Hands on experience with REST-ful, SOAP and other styles of integration. - Experience working with cross functional teams to develop roadmaps, and supporting process improvements. - 4-5 years of experience with technical account management, customer success, solution architecture or other relevant functions serving large enterprises. - Product experience with machine learning-based products and/or workplace, operation improvements - Experience working directly with business, product, enterprise application / AI researchers - Results-and metrics-driven, accustomed to data driven reports and insights TikTok TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
