Position summary
Style is never in short supply at our more than 500 HomeGoods stores and we are constantly on a mission to provide the little surprises and extra touches that make a house feel like home. Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of 40+ full and part-time associates.
Ensure the proper processing and display of merchandise.
Oversee and monitor shrink reduction plans.
Manage the daily activity of the sales floor.
Develop creative plans to increase store sales.
Five plus years experience in retail management, big box, soft-lines, fashion & apparel and merchandising experience is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing retail stores with volumes of 5 million dollars or more.
Knowledge of retail operations, human resources and shrink reduction plans.
Must have big bx retail management background in leading teams in a high-volume store
Strong supervisory skills.
