What You’ll Do

The Corporate Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for global corporate functions.  We chase the big, strategic initiatives enabling TJX to make faster, smarter decisions every day. We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Analyst to join the Risk & Compliance product team in support of a highly visible product safety initiative.  In this role, you will join a strategic scrum team to develop a product compliance solution.  Primary responsibilities include refinement of user stories with business users, detailed analysis to support solution options and definition of relevant acceptance criteria.  In addition, you will collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog and developers to provide functional support in the development of Features.  You will work in a fast-paced environment which will present you with opportunities to think creatively, take initiative and develop as a leader while delivering business value.

What You’ll Need

As a member of this high performing delivery team, you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think outside the box.  Being successful in this role requires you to combine strong analytical skills with an agile mindset to deliver business-critical solutions.  You will need to quickly understand business problems, translate into technical requirements in the form of user stories and communicate back to the team.  The ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and IT teammates is critical to success in the role.   

Our focus is to deliver solutions that meet business objectives to enhance the TJX product compliance posture and you will play a pivotal role in supporting that vision for our team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment
• Work with Business users, stakeholders and Product Owners to analyze business processes, collect requirements and document user stories
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users and to communicate business needs to the technical teams
• Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
• Adaptable and Agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business risk & compliance and/or retail product compliance
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other IT compliance requirements
