What you’ll do

The TJX Infrastructure & Operations organization provides global system engineering for multiple platform and technologies.  This role will leverage both your technical and

staff management skills in a high performing global team, leveraging both your experience for developing talent by investing in people and delivering Digital transformation for global systems using Scaled Agile Framework and DevOps practices.

The role involves proactive development of 5-10 staff including appropriate stretch assignments to support career development plans, and performance management actions as needed.  Ensure modelling & governance of technologies, adherence to TJX policies and processes whilst collaboratively delivering initiatives within agreed budgets and timescales.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct people management experience. 
• To actively lead and deliver Digital Transformation using Agile, Automation and Model Based Engineering for the Systems Engineering function.
• To champion Functional Excellence for the Operating Systems Engineering Function.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience with multiple technologies such Linux / Unix / AIX / Exadata / Windows / VMware / Citrix with composable and hyper-converged platforms
• Experience in transforming service to hybrid cloud services and enabling and developing IaC.
• Ability to work in globally distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships. 
• Personal drive for contributing to inclusion & diversity initiatives.
