Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees TJX Australia's national Organised Retail Crime (ORC) strategy and state-based ORC teams.

• Establishes investigation cadence, compliance, and intelligence-led approaches to disrupt organised crime and repeat offenders.

• Works closely with Police, external retailers, Retail District Managers, and Analytics to prioritise targets, allocate resources, and reduce shrink.

• Maintains legal and safety standards across all ORC investigations and activities.

• Coaches and manages state-based Supervisors and Investigators, setting goals, providing feedback, and driving performance and development.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in Organized Retail Crime or Loss Prevention with multi-site or national leadership; proven success in complex investigations and team performance.

• Strong capability in coaching, performance management, talent planning, stakeholder engagement, and driving change.

• Deep understanding of offender methodologies, ORC typologies, and collaboration with Police and retailers; skilled in directing covert operations.

• Proficient in intelligence platforms (Resolver, Auror), CCTV tools, case-building systems, and Microsoft 365; able to convert data into actionable insights.

• Solid grasp of evidence handling, privacy, WHS, and legal requirements; excellent written and verbal communication for briefings, operation orders, and executive updates.
