Your Role:
As a Merchandise Assistant, you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert supporting our Buyers to ensure everything runs smoothly. From creating Purchase Orders to tracking shipments, you'll play a key role in keeping operations on point. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately creating and updating Purchase Orders
Monitoring inbound shipments
Following up on and actioning exception reports
Organising and maintaining merchandise samples
Conducting product analysis and preparing Excel reports for Buyers and Planners
Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues (e.g. pre-ticketing, invoice discrepancies, PO movement)
Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Providing general office support and assisting with day-to-day functions
What We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and solution-focused mindset
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
Solid numerical and analytical skills to support decision-making
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
