Human Resources Receptionist
JOB TITLE: Human Resource Receptionist
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
Job Summary:
Provide telephone and reception services to the Distribution Center. Greet visitors and associates and screens/directs incoming phone calls. Supporting the clerical/administration function within the HR department. Assist with new hire orientation, customer service, multiple reports, and applicant flow process. Responds to associate inquiries regarding HR related issues. Performs other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
30% Greet visitors and monitors the application completion process.
30% Provides general clerical support to the Human Resources Department:
20% Answer and direct incoming calls.
10% Perform clerical duties such as typing and filing.
10% Perform special projects as assigned or directed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required
Must project positive image, very professional in demeanor or appearance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Great customer service skills
Must have flexibility in scheduling
Prior Human Resources experience preferred
Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and have the ability to prioritize
Must have previous office environment experience; 1-3 years
Administrative/business experience preferred
Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask
Demonstrated ability to respond/work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
Microsoft Suites Experience (Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish)
Must be flexible with hours, may be required to work evenings and weekends
