The Merchandising Solution Delivery organization develops the Merchandise Planning software and systems that determine where millions of products will move around the globe to our stores each day. Our team thrives on strong relationships with our business partners and working diligently to address their needs which support TJX growth and operational stability. On this tightly knit and fast-paced solution delivery team you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think outside the box.

We are seeking a motivated, talented, experienced Release Train Engineer to keep our Merchandise Planning Agile Release Train on track.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven track record of operating as an RTE on a large Agile Release Train facilitating ART level processes and execution such as PI Planning, I&As and Synchronization Meetings
Experience of working cross functionally with stakeholders across the ART, Portfolio Enterprise and Business to ensure strategy and execution alignment
Experience of managing large budgets and driving continuous improvement and value for money across the ART
Experience of managing 3rd party vendor relationships and negotiating contracts/statements of work
Proven leadership skills including people management and development of direct reports
Extensive experience as a project manager/program manager/Scrum Master/RTE with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe
SAFe RTE or SPC 4, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
