This position will support all US Domestic divisions and Corporate for Global Investigations & Safety-and is responsible for managing workplace safety incidents, coaching the business on managing critical incidents, conducting research on workplace safety incidents, corporate investigations and pre-employment background checks.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Manage and provide direction regarding Workplace Safety Incidents to field and corporate partners (DM/DLPM/RLPM), including:
Coach and develop the business on management of critical incidents
Conduct research and gap analysis regarding workplace safety incidents, corporate investigations and pre-employment background checks
Conduct end-to-end investigations within home office/corporate, including:
Foster relationships w/LP/Store Ops/HR by proactively partnering and upskilling the business on the GIS function and resources
Special projects as assigned
Provide immediate assessment and direction on workplace safety incidents.
End-to-end home office investigations
Identifying opportunities to proactively partner with and upskill the business
