Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store technology operations, ensuring high availability and performance across 80+ retail locations.
Collaborate with the Technology Manager to plan and execute store openings, relocations, and remodels.
Own and evolve endpoint standards, store image maintenance, and hardware lifecycle processes.
Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency in deployments, imaging, and support workflows.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
About You
5+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support, with at least 2 years in a senior technical role.
Strong knowledge of endpoint management, imaging, Group Policy, and Windows-based environments.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, SCCM, Intune, or similar).
Familiarity with store or retail IT environments is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
