Partners with Home Office partners as well as the CBO Office Services team, and IT personnel to ensure projects are planned and delivered on time and within expectations.
Partners with the Manager of Workplace Services to prepare and manage project estimates and budgets for assigned projects.
Assists in tracking and monitoring of the expenses on all assigned projects.
Provides support to manage the various service contracts required for the vendors and trades involved in the change process.
Works with internal representatives to plan and deliver small to large workplace move and change projects
Develops comprehensive project plans with tasks, milestones, timelines and post move metrics
Oversees all aspects of move and change projects to ensure timelines are met including directing the work of others, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the projects, including the direct oversight and management of furniture installers, movers and other various trades during the change process
Manages project implementation activities
Uses knowledge of modular furniture and modular wall products to plan projects
Coordinates with internal clients, third parties, IT and facility leaders, and facilitates the decision-making, approval and communication process between department liaisons and end users.
Partners with the building on all issues such as broken items, repair needs, etc. Escalates office issues to Office Services Manager as needed and ensures communication to Office Supervisor.
Supports required safety meetings in accordance with CBO policy. Plans and executes required drills in partnership with the building.
Preparation and execution of logistical plans for moves, including accurate and detailed project budgets and expense tracking
Prepares and distributes project schedules for all projects in the pipeline
Completes space, storage, furniture and other facility audits
Work with department liaisons to create move documentation. Ensure projects are scheduled and executed as planned. Provide regular updates to business partners throughout the project.
Manages vendors assigned to TJX projects to ensure successful delivery of all elements and tasks per TJX standard, while demonstrating the TJX code of conduct. Primary Liaison to the building on office issues.
Process requests for new or replacement furniture to facilitate job and organizational changes. Requests can range from small (new file cabinet) to large (new office furniture for a promotion). Support ergonomic requests as approved by HR and Risk Management.
Supports Office Services Manager in the execution of the CBO safety plan including drills and trainings.
Who We're Looking for: You.
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, interior design, or equivalent experience.
Familiar with building codes, egress requirements and ADA compliance. AutoCAD or similar software a plus.
Thorough working knowledge of office space planning.
Strong delegation and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Ability to multi-task

This position has a starting salary range of $74,500.00 to $95,000.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
