    Who we’re looking for

    The Enterprise Data Management team for the TFS Data and Analytics (DnA) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Business Systems Analyst.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to define and ensure the execution of the enterprise data management roadmaps on cloud-based Enterprise Data Platforms. The person in this position will assist the Business Product Owner to implement multi-tenant customer master features on a master data management platform and work with business, data & analytics, and IT teams to deliver based on business demands.  

    Reporting to the Manager – Master Data Management, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Data Management team’s objective to integrate Agile and Toyota Way principles.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Serve as a subject matter expert and functional support for the Data Governance and Master Data Management products and identify and advise on application and process improvements.
    • Identify and help resolve issues, manage risks, communicate status, and escalate risks as appropriate. Facilitate EDM user stories and understand business functional and non-functional requirements for complex initiatives.
    • Partner with internal/external teams and other Business teams or Information Digital Systems departments.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and remediating defects and provide testing and design support as well as consultation for assigned initiatives.
    • Sets the quality standard for consistent and repeatable delivery, participates in team demos and retrospectives to validate quality, provides feedback to the team, and improves team processes.
    • Partners across functions as needed to coordinate delivery plans, training activities, and support.
    • Participate in problem resolution as needed to ensure that business and technical customers receive prompt, efficient service.
    • Communicates the feature or product strategy effectively to key stakeholders and team members.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems or Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
    • Master Data Management experience.
    • Informatica Suite experience (IDQ and MDM).
    • SQL skills.
    • Requirements for engineering and stakeholder analysis experience.
    • Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with all levels and departments within the company.
    • Experience in process improvement, hands-on operational management, and change management.
    • Understanding of Master Data Management technology landscape, processes, and design principles.
    • Ability to influence and persuade a diverse group of stakeholders.
    • Strong experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Informatica and/or MDM Certification.
    • Certified Business Analysis Professional.
    • Knowledge of legal and compliance such as CCPA, SOX, GDPA, etc.
    • Experience as Business Systems Analyst in a captive environment or in the auto finance industry.
    • Understanding of company and industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery.
