    Who we're looking for

    The Toyota Financial Services Information Security team is hiring for multiple Cyber Program Manager Leads. These roles will be responsible for developing and refining detailed initiatives roadmap and product backlog and shared services deployment for affiliated global companies.

    Reporting to Office of the CISO National Manager, the person in this role will support the Information Security and Services group's objective by leading successful delivery of initiatives and shared services across several information security functions.

    This role is located in our Plano, TX headquarters and is hybrid in nature, with a mix of in office days and some days working remotely; this could change in the future based on business needs. Candidates are expected to live within a commutable distance to Plano, TX.

    What you'll be doing

    • Cyber Security Strategy: Develop and maintain project(s)' roadmap and strategy that aligns with organizational objectives. Defines project(s)' vision working with leaders across Cyber Security and outside stakeholders, including legal and compliance teams.

    • Value Prioritization: Stay abreast of the changes in the security program(s)' priorities and direct the project(s) roadmap to ensure continuous alignment with the value streams.

    • Project Delivery: Plan and lead the successful delivery of projects within the program, applying software development methodologies and agile practices.

    • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, document, and manage the risks within the project(s). Collaborate with the team to plan corrective actions for timely mitigation of risks. Advise leadership of the impediments in a timely manner and actively provide solutions to help address roadblocks.

    • Release & Change Management: Oversee the overall release process and schedule of the project(s).

    • Process Improvement - Identify, develop, and derive solutions to solve for project(s) inefficiencies and process improvements within the teams.

    • Budget and Financial Management: Plan and manage the project(s) budget (technology, labor, miscellaneous expense). Advise functional managers on budget spend when necessary.

    • Project Monitoring & Status Reporting: Provide different levels of reporting on Information Security project delivery performance (Timeline, Budget, Scope, and Risks & Issues) to all stakeholders.

    • Vendor selection and Contract Management: Oversee the vendor selection and contract activities including RFP, RFQ, SOWs processes and documentations.

    What you bring

    • A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) and or equivalent work experience and Progressive years of relevant work experience in similar field and/or industry (7 years)

    • Strong project management skills, and ability to lead change, and promote business agility.

    • Hands on experience in JIRA managing projects/ and or teams, Confluence or similar tools like Azure DevOps

    • Advanced experience in Microsoft Tools with proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

    • Experience in business planning, resource allocation, and project management.

    • Capability to take complex information technology concepts and present the ideas (and benefits) to non-technical management in an impactful qualitative and quantitative way.

    • Ability to effectively communicate with many levels of global senior management throughout the security, risk management, and business organizations.

    • Strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and cultivate positive stakeholder engagement

    • Ability to work with numerous parallel projects; sometimes under restrictive timelines.

    • Experience influencing and working effectively in a culturally diverse international work group.

    • Relationship building and ability to influence decision makers through a consensus building

    • Industry certifications in PMP, CSM, SAFe or Release Train Engineer certifications.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Advanced Degree (MA or MS).

    • Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Agile Methodology certifications (please specify)

    • Industry certifications in CISM, CISSP (or similar) desirable.

    • Knowledge and experience in security and regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, SOX, NIST, etc.

    • Capability to take complex security concepts and present the ideas (and benefits) to non-technical management in an impactful qualitative and quantitative way.
