Who We’re Looking For
The Identity Access Management Digital Factory Owner (DFO) is a strategic and tactical leader within Toyota Financial Services Digital Factory (scrum teams) that will ensure the success of Identity Management related Design & Development and is responsible for the day-to-day management of people and teams. The DFO will have both strategic and execution delivery responsibilities for their assigned products. The DFO needs to have experience working in a high-growth environment, influencing and advising senior leadership, and defining roadmaps. Additionally, this role is support global shared security services and collaborates with, supports, and provides services to TFS Group companies. The DFO shall provide oversight of various sized initiatives, leading the programs and its service delivery.
In this role the DFO will engage security leadership to understand and strategize program roadmaps and deliver program services for both TFS and global affiliates.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead development of the platforms used by Toyota Financial Services to prevent unauthorized disclosure, accidental or intentional loss of data, and modification through improper or unapproved access granted outside of the identity management lifecycle and to develop User Access Review Governance with the IAM Operations teams.
Reporting to the Domain Information Security Office over Global Identity and Access Management, the person in this role will support the Information Security department's objective to contribute to the development of information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines and should maintain a highly developed knowledge of leading Workforce Identity Management security development practices that shall be used to advance TFS information security posture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for product-oriented prioritization and managing resources in Identity Management both domestically and internationally to ensure initiatives are running effectively and in compliance to governance controls
Identify and track Scrum performance and metrics across services offered and service recipients to ensure service quality expectations and risk mitigation targets are being met.
Proactively engage and collaborate with business leadership, service providers, and software vendors to respond to end-user product questions and needs
Independently assess products and release changes to production systems assuring quality, security and compliance requirements are met
Provide product management and oversight for complex technical products and initiatives
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, baselines, and identify new solutions in the marketplace
Review and assess the current portfolio, identify gaps in current technology and processes and recommend changes to assure SLAs can be supported
Perform lifecycle management of products for production currency, software upgrades, and/or configurations updates
Review factory performance trends and independently develops process improvements
Responsible for performance management of factory resources, including coaching and development of less experienced resources
Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
Responsible for maintaining work item accuracy, burndown charts, and velocity.
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right resources to remove the impediment.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving
Continuous Service Improvement:
Identify Kaizen (continuous improvement) opportunities for improving the SailPoint IIQ platform.
Support internal education and best practices sharing with peers and colleagues and affiliate education & awareness, as needed.
Supervisory of 1-5 Team Members the oversight of 2-4 contingent and/or contract resources.
What you bring
College Degree (BA or BS]: in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
Progressive, broad based IT experience participating in projects and playing a key role toward successful implementation of the projects
Experience in business planning, resource allocation, and project management.
Experience influencing and working effectively in a culturally diverse international work group.
Experience with SailPoint or equivalent Identity Management platforms
Experience working in agile teams with agile methodologies and scrum master experience
Added bonus if you have
Advanced Degree; MBA with a concentration in an IT related area a plus
Experience in software delivery, supporting implementation of IT applications and/or development of solutions to diverse business problems using Agile methodologies.
