    Who we’re looking for

    Toyota is looking for a passionate and highly motivated IT Portfolio Financial Management and Planning Manager.

    This role will support the IT Division’s finance, governance, and business planning function within the Office of the CIO (OCIO) at Toyota Motor North America.  The Consultant will be responsible for providing accurate financial and analytical reports to the management team to use for strategic decisions.

    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to budget and forecasts, KPI monitoring and visualization, monthly analysis related to performance, and using visualization tools to explain the budget conditions and future opportunities.

    What you’ll be doing 

    • Prepare, present, and/or participate in portfolio planning meetings with IT portfolio leaders and executives.
    • Coordinate and submit annual and mid-term plans for the assigned IT portfolio.
    • Collect, analyze data, prepare information and recommendations that support strategic budget decisions.
    • Prepare analysis to recommend cost reduction opportunities, create and manage plans to achieve IT portfolio cost reductions.
    • Engage across OCIO, and coordinate interaction/requests with the portfolio.
    • Schedule and facilitate support meetings with portfolio leaders and executives.
    • Ensure consistent portfolio engagement with a strong customer service mindset.
    • Ensure service levels are being met per divisional goals and customer requirements.
    • Partner with other Financial Management leads, portfolio leaders, and portfolio executives to develop and continuously improve financial management and planning processes.
    • Release and optimize tools and standards.
    • • Build capabilities of portfolio team members and improve financial and business acumen across the IT division.

    What you bring 

    • B.A./B.S. in Finance or Accounting.
    • Experience in a financial planning and analysis function (FP&A).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and persuade others.
    • Business process knowledge: business case development, funding allocation, contracts, procurement, and invoicing.

    Added bonus if you have 

    • Experience in a large, global corporation.
    • Experience in an information technology division.
    • Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or equivalent.
    • CPA.
    • SAP, Apptio experience preferred.
    • Experience working with advanced business analytic tools (Power BI, Excel).
