    Toyota’s CSRM group is looking for team members who are passionate about technology and interested in joining a collaborative and highly motivated team as an Identity Services Senior Manager.

    We are seeking an experienced IAM professional with hands-on experience in SailPoint and Azure Active Directory to oversee the development and execution of our IAM strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in IAM systems and protocols, and experience managing and leading a team of IAM professionals. Knowledge of ForgeRock is a plus. The IAM Senior Manager will work closely with other teams to ensure the security and compliance of our systems and applications. We are looking at self-motivated individuals who are highly detail oriented and take pride in their deliverables.

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will join the Cyber Protection team to deploy and maintain advanced, enterprise-wide security solutions.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Delivery lead for enterprise IAM services including but not limited to enterprise, consumers, dealers and suppliers
    • Hands-on technical leadership position with significant personal contributions.
    • Develop and manage the enterprise IAM roadmap and lifecycle for workforce, customer, dealer, and supplier platforms.
    • Lead and manage projects, including complex projects that integrate and deploy new technology and processes.
    • Ensure processes and platform access are aligned with corporate standards and audit guidelines and requirements.
    • Build and maintain relationships with business executives and process owners to ensure that identity service objectives align with the greater IAM portfolio objectives.
    • Lead teams in support of multiple identity service platform efforts and educate others in the proper application of tools and techniques to drive overall identity service process improvements.
    • Understand business needs and requirements and align them with industry trends and capabilities.
    • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide metrics on identity and access management performance.
    • Leverage available AWS/Azure/Google Cloud security tools and functions to align with security standards and procedures.
    • Manage and mentor a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance on technical and strategic aspects of IAM.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM, including access control, authentication, and authorization.
    • Ensure that all IAM solutions meet business requirements, adhere to security policies, and are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Keep up to date with the latest IAM technologies and trends and recommend improvements to existing solutions to ensure they remain effective.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
    • Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
    • Lead or participate in compliance audits to ensure that IAM systems are meeting regulatory requirements.
    • Drive the development of IAM-related training materials for end-users and other stakeholders.
    • Provide technical expertise and leadership on IAM-related incidents, investigations, and resolution.

    What you bring

    • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
    • Progressive hands-on experience working in IAM.
    • Leadership and management experience.
    • Experience with implementing ForgeRock Product Suite and/or SailPoint IIQ, preferably with multiple IAM products.
    • A strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
    • Strong technical knowledge of IAM systems, protocols, and standards, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM and Kerberos
    • Experience with IAM systems such as SailPoint and Azure Active Directory, and familiarity with ForgeRock
    • Experience with security requirements lifecycle process and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with project and application development teams, management and customers is a must.
    • Experience architecting/designing of IAM systems using cloud-based technologies.
    • Proficient in scripting, automation tools, and languages such as Java, Javascript, C#, .NET, PowerShell, Ansible Playbooks, and Python.
    • Proficient in infrastructure solutions such as Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, IAM, and networking.
    • Proficient in operating systems such as Windows, OSX, and Linux.
    • Experience with AWS, Azure, Google, or similar container technologies.
    • Experience with Agile methodology, ideally as a Product Owner in an IAM system.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present information.
