Who we’re looking for
Global Information Security Manager is a strategic and tactical leader that will ensure the success of Incident Response & Investigation and internal threat hunting programs (including vulnerability management, application security, and internal penetration testing), in addition to supporting Global Information Security Group and Sales Finance Companies. The Manager shall provide oversight ovarious-sizeded initiatives, leading the programs their its service delivery.
In this role the Manager will engage security leadership to understand and strategize program roadmaps and deliver program services for both TMCC and global affiliates.
It is critical that the Managerwell-suitedited for executive engagement and have the capability to influence and encourage the prioritization of security initiatives both within TMCC and global affiliates. This leader must demonstrate broad business and technical expertise that inspires confidence in recommendations.
What you’ll be doing
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Manage the teams supporting Incident Response and Investigation, application security, vulnerability management, and internal threat hunting assessments (also known as “Purple Team”) both domestically and internationally to ensure initiatives are running effectively and in compliance to governance controls.
Lead the eDiscovery team within TMCC to ensure process and technology to fulfill Legal requirements and align program with both TMCC and TMNA Legal teams.
Advise leadership of status, identifying impediments in a timely manner and highlighting relevant accomplishments.
Clear roadblocks for the responsible programs serving as the internal escalation point for the teams through direct and professional means leveraging relationships throughout the organizations.
Manage relationships and influence internal and external teams to ensure collaborative efforts are maintained in securing, protecting, and supporting Toyota environments.
Strategize and enhance roadmaps of each responsible programs on an ongoing basis, advocating the spirit of kaizen.
What you bring
Experience in managing the planning, designing, implementation, and sustainment of project delivery programs.
Supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Experience in business planning, resource allocation, and project management.
Ability to effectively communicate with many levels of global senior management throughout the security, risk management, and business organizations.
Capability to take complex security concepts and present the ideas (and benefits) to non-technical management in an impactful qualitative and quantitative way.
Ability to work with numerous parallel projects; sometimes under restrictive timelines.
What you may bring
Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile Methodology certifications
CISSP or security certifications
Knowledge and experience in security and regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, SOX, NIST, etc.
