    Who We’re Looking For

    Toyota’s Information Technology Experiences (ITx) organization is looking for a passionate and highly motivated SAP Manager, HANA Application within the Business Platform Operations department.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to [be responsible for SAP HANA Application initiatives that encompasses but not limited to Enterprise Reporting utilizing eHANA 2.0, BI, Big Data, RPA, Automation, Machine Learning, Analytics, team management, vendor selection, SOW, work with cross functional BPO Managers, Senior Managers on upgrades and business critical needs, deliver financial, revenue, profitability and cost management reporting].

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Business Platform Operations department's objective to bring in leadership and expertise in S4HANA & BI area, provide good user experience, strive for business data empowerment, cross functional/domain collaboration.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Manage Multiple Team Members and Business Partners who bring in expertise in SAP S4HANA Applications; ABAP, Fiori, CDS Views, Analysis for Office, BW Reporting, Power BI, Integration between ERP, Reporting, RPA, Analytics and Automation Testing, Machine Learning & Other ERP Suites/Non ERP Suites with working knowledge and experience in Finance, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Warehouse Management, External Integration to applications such as Ariba, BPC, Maximo to be able to visualize end to end data flow
    • Manage, Lead, Plan and Drive Execution of all S4 HANA Analytics, Automation, Archiving Solution, Reporting
    • Responsibilities will include providing strategic direction to direct reports and business partners, Yearly Budgeting, Monthly Forecasting, apply functional domain knowledge with a vision to support numerous Toyota North America’s SAP initiatives
    • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand current condition, identify, and prioritize improvement opportunities
    • Collaborate with peers from within and across the organization to drive efficiency both on the process side and cost side
    • Coach, Mentor, and develop team members
    • Be hands on as and when needed

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and/or Business Administration or equivalent experience
    • PMP Certified
    • Experience and understanding the full end to end ERP Implementation, modules in ERP, S4 HANA Tables, Technology, Different Reporting Tools (Native SAP, ABAP, BI, eHANA 2.0, Power BI, Automation Testing, Machine Learning
    • Experience in S4HANA 2.0, Data Warehouse, SAP Predictive Analytics (including library), Analysis for Office
    • Progressive Management experience leading a high-performing team of 3-5 team members, business partners with a potential to lead larger teams during implementations
    • Experience managing budgets in a large global corporation
    • Collaborate with peers and other SAP Managers to plan roadmaps, upgrades, support packs
    • Finance and Accounting experience, ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile Methodologies
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills to work across teams to develop and implement complex projects
    • Experience with end-to-end application thinking, different reporting initiatives keeping large data volume and memory management into perspective, OSS notes, Support Packs, Enhancement Packs, Version upgrades

    • Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies
    • Strong Business Process Knowledge

    • Enthusiastic and eager to take responsibility and initiative
    • SAP Certified
