    Who we’re looking for

    Toyota’s Information Technology Experiences (ITx) organization is looking for a passionate and highly motivated SAP Manufacturing EWM & MM PO within the DMSC department.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to focus in SAP Manufacturing area specifically in Extended Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Ariba space as the product owner and manager for business continuity and enhancements in EWM and Ariba for North America touching PTP space. Candidate will be DMSC’s SME for strategic architecture and design in Warehouse Management, Goods Receipt, Ariba Procurement Content, Ariba CIG integration, MDG, Maximo and SAP EAM will be a bonus. This position will lead all phases of the SAP S4 EWM, ordering life cycle including POC, blueprinting, mapping, design, SAP configuration, testing, go-live, and support.

    The person in this role will support the DMSC department's objective to maintain and improve General Store’s inventory operations.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Collaborate closely with business key stakeholders in Production Engineering and Manufacturing Plant Production Control to understand current conditions, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, deliver enhancements to improve quality and productivity. 
    • Collaborate closely with SAP/Ariba team and Maximo teams on technology roadmap to optimize the investment for maximum returns.
    • Manage and lead daily operations with Application Management Supporting vendor. Lead problem solving, root cause analysis, and countermeasures activities.  Lead IT process and technology enhancement to improve IT quality, productivity, monitoring (AIF, CIG, PI/PO, etc.).
    • Provide a detailed definition of how the applications will support business requirements. 
    • Create and maintain functional/business requirements and technical specifications. 
    • Coach/train other team members to develop stronger functional and technical skills for SAP S/4 Procurement, EWM, MDG, Ariba, Reporting, and Data Analytics.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    • Experience with end-to-end application thinking, ensuring SLAs for more than 20K users while maintaining responsibility for operations costs and recurring project costs.
    • SAP experience with full end to end ERP Implementation, SAP configuration, SAP modules in ERP (MM and EWM) and S4 HANA Tables.
    • Experience with Maximo and Ariba.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Experience working in large, distributed technical teams onshore and offshore with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities.
    • Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
    • Experience working with Peers, Executives, and other SAP Managers to plan roadmaps, upgrades, and support Packs.
    • Experience with planning and managing project budgets.
    • Experience with RF devices such as printers and scanners.
