Who We’re Looking For
Toyota’s Information Technology Experiences (ITx) organization is looking for a passionate and highly motivated SAP Controls Consultant within the Business Platform Operations department.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work with SOX PMO and stakeholders to perform IT general controls, identify opportunities for kaizen, close control design & operation gaps and ensure overall compliance for annual SOX assessment
Reporting to the Senior Manager, SAP Security, the person in this role will support the Business Platform Operations department's objective to provide in-depth knowledge of GRC, Security Architecture and SOX for the purpose of improving quality, productivity, and optimization of Toyota’s investment with maximum returns.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead SAP security & controls initiatives; Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to perform ITGC controls, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities. Design and implement security roadmap to with powerful business insights that enhance GRC efficiency, stability, data and analytics, security and privacy, and risk and compliance.
Provide expertise and lead in all the security & controls activities to support annual SOX compliance assessment - liaison with the Company’s external and internal audit to provide expertise and consultation for a smooth and effective audit; assist in the assessment of the impact of audit findings, provide consultative support to control owners and support teams, and monitor remediation and action plans
Lead security and control reviews over SAP enhancements and upgrades to provide impact analysis on access controls and process controls
Establish the most effective methods of translating business needs into technical security specifications
Optimize Identity and Access Management solutions integration with SAP for user provisioning and single sign-on
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred in Computer Science, Business Administration or Management Information Systems
Hands on experience in Access Controls, Process Controls, Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Business Role Management (BRM), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), FFIDs
Ability to identify key risks and controls, knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley readiness, controls optimization, as well as configuration of controls around security and business process within SAP
Experience in SAP Security including and not limited to ECC 6.0, S4 HANA, Fiori UI5, GRC 10.1, GRC 12.0, SOX
Experience in SAP Single Sign On and SAP Enterprise Threat Detection
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills to work across teams to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
What you may bring
Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), SAP Certified in ECC 6.0, S4 HANA and Fiori Security and GRC application, or SAP functional certifications
Ability to work with large distributed teams onshore and offshore with diverse competencies, skills and abilities
Ability to work in fast pace environment under high pressure
Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies
Strong business process knowledge
